YA Recognized YACEP Approved Online & Live 15 Per Cohort
What you walk away with
Dual Certification: Fully certified to teach Neurogenic Yoga™ and facilitate TRE® with individuals and groups
Nervous System Fluency: A deep, embodied understanding of trauma, how the nervous system moves between states of safety, activation, and shutdown, and somatic healing you can actually teach from
Professional-Level Supervision: Guided practice with real students and detailed feedback from experienced trainers, so you finish ready to facilitate, not just educated
A Supportive Community: A warm, like-minded cohort of experienced teachers who grow together throughout the training and beyond
Your Own Healing: A personally transformative experience that deepens your relationship with your own body, your own nervous system, and your own resilience

You already know yoga changes lives. Now go deeper.

Your students come to you carrying more than tight hips and busy minds. They carry chronic stress, stored tension, and sometimes unprocessed trauma held in the body, often beneath words. This program gives you the tools, the science, and the lived experience to meet them there.

Whether you teach restorative yoga, vinyasa, therapeutic yoga, or anything in between, the Neurogenic Yoga™ and TRE® Dual Certification will expand what's possible in your teaching.

Meet the people behind the training

Jennica, Maria, and Dr. David Berceli, the founder of TRE®, in conversation about the power of neurogenic tremoring, somatic healing, and why this work matters. Get a real sense of the depth, warmth, and expertise you'll be learning from.

A rigorous, embodied education

This isn't just theory. Every concept is learned through direct experience in your own body, then applied to your teaching.

Across three progressive phases, you'll build a deep understanding of trauma physiology, nervous system regulation, and somatic release, then learn to guide others through it with confidence and competence.

By the end of this training, you won't just know the material. You'll have lived it.

This work is my life's calling. I've watched teachers come into this program wanting to help their students heal, and discover that the healing starts with them. There is nothing more powerful than a teacher who has felt this work in their own body. That's what I want for every person who joins us.

Three Phases. One clear rhythm.

Our program unfolds across three progressive Phases: from your own personal practice, to working with individuals, to leading groups. Deepen your capacity to guide clients and groups through somatic embodiment practices that promote healing at a neurological and physiological level. You'll gain essential tools to help release long-held tension patterns, reprogram chronic bracing patterns, and regulate the nervous system through body-based techniques. Targeted somatic embodiment practices will equip you with a deeper understanding of the interconnectedness of trauma, posture, breath, and movement, empowering you to facilitate transformative healing in individual and group settings.

In This 16-Hour Course You Will

Develop and hold space for deeper interoceptive awareness, enhancing your ability to guide clients through somatic experiences in a safe and supportive way.

Learn somatic practices and neuro-muscular reprogramming exercises designed to release chronic, involuntary tension patterns that can obstruct healing.

Gain an in-depth understanding of myofascial anatomy through exploration of the Deep Front Line and its role in trauma response, posture, pain syndromes, and involuntary bracing patterns.

Recognize common trauma-based postural and bracing patterns, and understand their impact on physical and emotional well-being.

Deepen your understanding of the anatomy of the breath process and how it links to nervous system regulation, musculoskeletal function, and postural alignment.

Learn to identify involuntary bracing patterns and sequence appropriate practices that bring about resolution in individual and group settings, ensuring effective and lasting results.

This aspect of the training provides you with advanced tools and techniques to facilitate somatic healing and nervous system regulation. Prepare to refine your practice and expand your ability to support clients on their journey to embodied wellness.

Phase 3: Tend

What happens when yoga teachers go deeper

"

There's a clearly defined "before this training" and an after in the way I now experience and welcome my body's natural responses. This training reshaped my own healing journey and elevated the way I facilitate my classes and sessions. I learned how to hold space for others with full presence, and how a regulated or deregulated nervous system affects the experience of the collective.

Melissa Olvera
"

Neurogenic Yoga Teacher/TRE provider training with Jennica was one of the most enriching experiences for self-development that I have ever had. Through a blend of learning scientific concepts and self-exploratory practice, the training helped me develop both as a teacher and a student. The invaluable lessons I learned about holding space, reading others' state of self-regulation, and guiding group energy added a special layer of depth to my yoga instruction.

Joseph Trinh
"

I took my first Yoga Teacher Training in 2005 and literally never stopped participating in trainings and continuing education. Yoga is my passion and my profession. I can say with 100% confidence that the Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises and Neurogenic Yoga Dual Certification is of the highest quality and caliber of trainings available for Yoga professionals. Jennica & Maria are master trainers who know their craft inside and out and facilitate learning with expertise, compassion and professionalism.
