220-Hour Dual Certification Program
Become a Trauma-Skilled Yoga Teacher
A 220-hour dual certification that gives you the science, the practice, and the mentorship to bring nervous system regulation and somatic trauma recovery into your teaching. Step fully into your role as a facilitator of deep, lasting transformation.
Is This For You?
You already know yoga changes lives. Now go deeper.
Your students come to you carrying more than tight hips and busy minds. They carry chronic stress, stored tension, and sometimes unprocessed trauma held in the body, often beneath words. This program gives you the tools, the science, and the lived experience to meet them there.
Whether you teach restorative yoga, vinyasa, therapeutic yoga, or anything in between, the Neurogenic Yoga™ and TRE® Dual Certification will expand what's possible in your teaching.

Meet the people behind the training

What You'll Learn
A rigorous, embodied education
This isn't just theory. Every concept is learned through direct experience in your own body, then applied to your teaching.
Across three progressive phases, you'll build a deep understanding of trauma physiology, nervous system regulation, and somatic release, then learn to guide others through it with confidence and competence.
By the end of this training, you won't just know the material. You'll have lived it.
This work is my life's calling. I've watched teachers come into this program wanting to help their students heal, and discover that the healing starts with them. There is nothing more powerful than a teacher who has felt this work in their own body. That's what I want for every person who joins us.

Program Structure
Three Phases. One clear rhythm.
Our program unfolds across three progressive Phases: from your own personal practice, to working with individuals, to leading groups. Each Phase follows the same four-part rhythm, giving you time to absorb and integrate before expanding. The entire program is delivered live online, so you can participate from anywhere in the world.
Each Phase kicks off with a two-day immersive weekend. New material is introduced through lecture, experiential learning, and group practice. Full engagement: body, mind, and nervous system. Live attendance with the full cohort is required.
Two focused online sessions go deeper into the phase material. Join live or watch recordings at your own pace. Each session includes a short quiz to anchor your learning.
A half-day gathering with no presentations. Just moving, tremoring, practicing, and integrating in community. This is where the learning lands in the body. Live attendance with the full cohort is required.
Between gatherings, you'll complete phase-specific requirements: private sessions with your trainer, peer teaching, and supervised student or group sessions. This is where your skills take root.
An immersive exploration of the foundational principles of Neurogenic Yoga™ and TRE, grounded in your own personal practice. Before you guide anyone else, you'll develop a deep, personal relationship with the tremor response, stress physiology, and somatic release through direct experience in your own body.
Phase Requirements
Develop advanced skills for guiding individuals through Neurogenic Yoga™ and TRE. Learn to read the body's cues, recognize signs of activation, and tailor your approach to each person's unique nervous system.
Phase Requirements
This 16-hour course runs primarily within Phase 2, weaving somatic awareness and embodied facilitation skills into your individual practice work. A small concluding component carries into Phase 3, integrating what you've learned into your group teaching context.
Step into confident group facilitation. You'll explore group dynamics, safe container-building, and how to adapt practices for diverse participants, and emerge ready to lead Neurogenic Yoga™ and TRE classes.
Phase Requirements
Somatic Embodiment concludes here. The final component of Alison Scola's course carries into this phase, grounding your embodiment skills within your group facilitation practice.

From Our Graduates
What happens when yoga teachers go deeper
There's a clearly defined "before this training" and an after in the way I now experience and welcome my body's natural responses. This training reshaped my own healing journey and elevated the way I facilitate my classes and sessions. I learned how to hold space for others with full presence, and how a regulated or deregulated nervous system affects the experience of the collective.
Neurogenic Yoga Teacher/TRE provider training with Jennica was one of the most enriching experiences for self-development that I have ever had. Through a blend of learning scientific concepts and self-exploratory practice, the training helped me develop both as a teacher and a student. The invaluable lessons I learned about holding space, reading others' state of self-regulation, and guiding group energy added a special layer of depth to my yoga instruction.
I took my first Yoga Teacher Training in 2005 and literally never stopped participating in trainings and continuing education. Yoga is my passion and my profession. I can say with 100% confidence that the Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises and Neurogenic Yoga Dual Certification is of the highest quality and caliber of trainings available for Yoga professionals. Jennica & Maria are master trainers who know their craft inside and out and facilitate learning with expertise, compassion and professionalism.
