We're glad you're here. This page will walk you through each step of the application process, from your initial conversation with a trainer to securing your place in the cohort.

Before you apply: please make sure you meet all program prerequisites: a 200hr yoga certification, at least 1 year of teaching experience, and a minimum of 50 teaching hours. Review prerequisites →

Five steps to joining us

We've designed every step of this process with care. We want to make sure this is the right fit for you, and that you feel fully informed and supported every step of the way.

Schedule Your Consultation Call

At some point during the application process, you'll have a one on one conversation with the primary trainer. This call is a chance to ask questions, get a real sense of the program, and explore whether it feels like the right fit. It's also how we get to know you and ensure the training aligns with where you are in your teaching journey. There's no pressure and no pitch, just an honest, mutual conversation. You're welcome to schedule this before or after submitting your application, but it is a required part of the process.

Complete & Submit Your Application

Fill out the application below thoughtfully. This is your first opportunity to share who you are, where you're coming from, and what draws you to this work. At the end of the form, you'll be prompted to upload supporting documents:

  • A copy of your official 200hr yoga teacher certification and any additional yoga related certificates
  • A class log showing a minimum of 50 hours of yoga instruction. See log template below. Alternatively, Yoga Alliance members may submit a copy of their membership card. Hours may include individual, group, online, or in person teaching completed after your 200hr certification.
  • TRE Providers only: your TRE issued certificate of completion

Submit Your Application Fee

A nonrefundable $50 application fee is required to complete your submission. This can be sent via any of the following:

Acceptance & Enrollment

Once your application and fee have been received and reviewed, you'll hear back from our team directly. If accepted, you'll receive a formal acceptance letter and an invitation to secure your place with a $500 deposit. From there, your Foundation Session will be scheduled, and your journey begins.

Your Foundation Session

Once accepted, you'll receive information to schedule an online Foundation Session. This is your first step into the training and is intended to be completed prior to the start of Module 1.

Not quite ready to commit? You're welcome to book a Foundation Session first. This is a personal session that gives you a real feel for the work before making your decision. If you choose to join us, the session will count as the first of your five personal sessions included in the program. If you decide it's not the right time, you simply pay the $175 session fee, a 30% discount offered to prospective trainees.

A note for pregnant applicants

Neurogenic tremoring is generally not advised during pregnancy. That said, tremors occur naturally during and after birth and can support the birth process and a more complete bodily recovery. If you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, please mention this in your application or reach out to Jennica directly to discuss.
